A mixed-use Super Block and Marriott Convention Center Hotel adjacent to the Puerto Rico Convention Center – combined, The Americas World Trade District, an economic development engine for San Juan. HDBA, employed then by LCOR, won the exclusive development rights to the Entertainment District, negotiated a Marriott Management Agreement including hotel Design & Construction, and executed a long term Development Agreement with the Government of Puerto Rico.
