101 Hudson, a 1.5 million square foot, $300 million office tower pre-leased to Merrill Lynch and later to Barclays, kicked-off the 15-building Colgate Master Plan first managed by LCOR.  Developed years later, the towering Goldman Sachs building anchors the southern end of the 34-acre site.
