A first and only — public private development of the largest international passenger terminal in the US. LCOR, Schiphol and Lehman Brothers partnered to develop, finance and operate Terminal 4.  In 2010, Delta puchased an interest in and expanded T4, increasing the total investment to ~$2.3 billion.
